Well, I'm not doing as well as I hoped I would. But, I have been doing about 35-40 euros a week instead of about 70-80 for the first week and 50 for each additional week. We don't have a freezer full of meat. This week and last I went ahead and stocked up on some 30% off meat at Lidl because they didn't have any for 2 weeks in a row before and it comes in handy. Here is our menu this week... these are the 'main' meals and for the other 'big' meal i am doing really simple stuff... sliced veggis and rice with scrambled egg (the kids love it) or salmon on bread with fresh veggies and fruit. I am doing whatever I can to NOT cook! Better get my beans in the crockpot for the bean dip.

mon- grilled sausage, carrot salad (this carrot salad was gooood. I will send the recipe.)

tues- chips, bean dip, salsa, sour cream

wed -cold grilled chicken over mexi green salad (leftover chips and salsa)

thur- leftovers

fri- http://www.recipezaar.com/3079 (tuna pasta salad) and fresh veggis on the side

sat- leftovers

sun- sushi (make the night before, take a plate to esthers party)

I'm going to try the baked oatmeal this week and see what the kids say... well, they'll be having it anyway regardless of what they say :)... hehehe I'm sure they'll love it. the lentil burgers make me a bit nervous though-slight gag reflex just thinking about them, but I'm "sure" they're great. :) :) The sauce sounds good. Maybe I'll try that on something else.
Good work on the challenge mom! I'm on mine too ($40/wk) and going well.
