Good work Rebekah! Yeah, we have several items that we will have to "push through" on...like all those boxes of green jell-o.Isn't it a nice feeling to finally deal with those "turkey bacon" issues in our lives? Love, Mom

Good job Anita! I'd love to have your recipe for the carrot pancakes for future use (there is not 1 carrot on our house). I was surprised how good the zucchini enchiladas were. Even dad LOVED them and they are about 248 calories of each. I may post that recipe. Look, it's not gourmet, but it is using what we have and we are eating well. thanks again for commenting and I pray for your success too!

Well, we aren't having anyone for dinner this week. This has allowed me to keep things even simpler. I have spent about 40 euros and will not go to the store again. I am out of flour though, so no more baking until next week (I do have bread mix). Anyway, last week we were given by people going out of town... cereal, juice, popcorn, apple sauce (great for the picnick to the beach tomorrow!).. We were also given 6 eggs by friends with chickens who eat real bugs. Last night I tried a new recipe... carrot pancakes, it really increases the nutritional value and everyone loved them. Breaky for dinner, yum.
