Ok, I just finished my baking for the week!
6 mini pizzas (using 1 recipe of pizza dough and different cheeses, & veggies)
zucchini pancakes (using that gorgeous zucchini the neighbor gave to us)
8 soft pretzles
12- Roti (flat bread from India)
mini peach turnovers ( peaches fell of the tree in our yard + I had 2 plums left over. The pie crust Dave and Rebekah brought to us when they visited)
2 loaves of white bread- (one has poppy seeds on top)
It’s nice to have the baking done for the week.

Hi! I’d love to know how you do the pizzas. I’ve had our househelp make pizza dough for us then later I’ll put toppings on and cook but the crust is then too cooked… Any advice?
Thanks!
Dana, Sure! I will send you my pizza crust recipe. It is the Pizza Hut dough. Blessings! Bobbie
After viewing the breads I suddenly realized I’d eaten two of the turnovers, two of the pretzels, a piece of the Roti bread, one and a half pizza and two of the zucchini pancakes… all since this morning. I have to get control of myself!!~John
the breads are great!~John
