		<description>This is a sort of cake-like bread.  It comes out of the pan in a rectangular shape that would be flat on all 4 sides if the dough rose just a bit more or if there was just a tiny bit more dough.  Even though it&#039;s completely baked, the crust is quite thin and really not like a typical bread crust at all.  It toasts very well and I ate it with home-made plum jam and it was great.  It would probably make really great french toast.  I heartily recommend it...</description>
