		<description>Isn&#039;t canning the most convenient?! We never have to worry about defrosting after a trip or buying fast food, because I always have jars of homemade food ready to eat. I bet the moose makes really good taco meat too! I like to can meat raw... so tender!</description>

		<description>We used to make  a stew mix with moose and can it in pint jars.  I would take those to work and set them on my coffee warmer where they would stay until lunch.  By then it would be ready to eat.</description>
