Roasted Red Peppers
I bought 3 kilos of really nice red peppers for a good price in Madrid then roasted and canned them. Here are the results:
- Red Peppers
- Roasted Peppers
- Peppers being filled in the jars
- 16 jars of roasted red peppers that will last me a year.
About 20 large red peppers rendered 16 jars of peppers.
