National Strawberry Ice Cream Day

Yummm… I mean really yumm.. I love strawberry ice cream.. not that pink stuff… but the kind with little strawberry bits in it. I need to make my own …TODAY, January 15th is National Strawberry Ice Cream Day!

Strawberries in Spain are abundant in February and I plan to eat my share! The 1st batches come from France and then we eat the Spanish ones. I look forward to February for this and also these really important events:

February 1st- John’s birthday… whew.. today we are the same age!

February 1st- our grandson Preston’s 10th birthday

February 4th- Married 45 years… sweet!

February 20th-  Our daughter Rebekah’s birthday

February22nd- our grandson Nathans 4th birthday

February 24th- our granddaughter Emma’s 1st birthday

February 28th- our grandson Timothy’s 12th birthday

February 29th- our grandson Jesse’s 13th birthday,(often celebrated March 1st)
