Day # 12 My Grocery Savings Plan

Day12 and  I have spent a total of 19,50 euros for the past 12 days.
I baked lasted Thursday so I have plenty of bread, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes and peach turnovers. Our guest left after lunch and I’m still left with:

Day # 8 my Grocery Savings Plan

Day #8 and I’ve only spent 5,48€. I like it.  John called the butcher to see about the price of turkeys per kilo and try to order one, so my efforts to save $ for a turkey are paying off in my frugality (comments below)

I suppose that asking for meat for a birthday gift may seems weird to some of you, but to my way of thinking, it is prudent in these interesting days. Here’s what I think:
